In an address to the honored students, Assistant Professor Ann Wright, department chair of business administration at AIB, congratulated them on their achievement and for managing their busy lives.
“I really believe in the saying that if you want something done, ask a busy person,” Wright said. “The busier people are, the more they seem to get accomplished. It’s not because they’re busy, it’s because they’re organized, they’re passionate and they know that continuing to be involved in things is the way to go.”
To be recognized, honorees attained a grade point average of 3.75 or higher in the previous term. The students’ accomplishments were celebrated at a reception on campus attended by AIB faculty, staff and students.
