ST. LOUIS – Beth Haas, MPH and Gail Rea, PhD, RN, received grant funding to extend a pilot program on interprofessional collaboration between medical and nursing students.
Funded by the Office of Nursing Research at Goldfarb School of Nursing at Barnes-Jewish College, the program aims to encourage communication between nursing and medical students during a patient care encounter using standardized patients.
The program is a collaboration between Goldfarb School of Nursing at Barnes-Jewish College and Washington University School of Medicine.
